We are living in tough times, as difficult as I ever remember. Still, the rules are simple. May the force be with you, and all of us! I came up with these five cardinal ideas.
- Be Happy No Matter What.
- Get Healthy.
- Offer Myself.
- Open My Mind
1. Be Happy No Matter What.
If being happy is our primary job as humans, we’d better take it seriously.
Get wildly happy for no reason. Start a new routine just for fun. Do something REALLY fun every day. BTW, My afternoon chocolate break is sacrosanct. No sugar, 100% uplifting. I also walk and feed the cows every day. Ha Ha! Listen to my emotional needs and observe myself. Maintain a level equanimity so I can enjoy every moment of the day. Forget getting embroiled in emotions like anger, hatred, and grief. I already carry plenty of pent up emotions from before. Bless those who do, and know that’s not my job now. I don’t have to answer the door to FEMA or anyone I don’t know. Observe my thoughts and keep the tablet clean. Surround myself only with those people that uplift me or teach me.
2. Get Healthy.
Keep my health balanced every day. Now’s the time to carefully take responsibility for my health. You know the drill. Observe my body and thoughts carefully. Eat 100% fresh, local, unprocessed, non-industrial foods. Avoid toxins. Stay away from junk. Avoid pharmaceuticals and shots. Eat on time. Drink plenty of pure water. Go out in the sun hopefully to walk every day. Study voraciously and learn the Truth about everything. Take breaks from the cyber craziness. Question everything you believe. Don’t believe everything you hear. Keep your mind balanced and independent. Process tough emotions by doing EFT Emotional Freedom Technique on yourself – Here are the instructions. Stock up on necessities, and be ready for a period of discomfort. Do Yoga or Taichi – alone or online. Release the day at night before bed. Rest when you’re tired.
Spend quiet time breathing in Nature every day. Tune into the Great Spirit. I mean God, whatever you call the great universal power that’s inside you and all of us. This keeps my thoughts flexible and less susceptible to mind-manipulation. My favorite 15-minute meditation is this 6-Step Harmonization to Start Your Day. The video is free. It incorporates brain balancing, deep breathing, release negativity, open the heart, energize the light body, and set protection. Fifteen minutes later I feel balanced. Sometimes we can’t understand everything around us, and we have to just sit with it to breathe and calm down – like difficult lessons and strange news.
4. Offer Myself.
To me this just means I participate selflessly with other living beings. How to do that depends on our personal inclination and talents. You know your abilities. Who knows? Maybe you’ve already discovered a new role. Go deep and offer yourself to others “for keeps”. Mentor someone in need. Share the TRUTH as I see it. Reward anyone who tries. Help everyone around me stay healthy and balanced. Make surprise gifts to people I trust. Repair all my relationships. Read books to children. Track down old friends. Join Alternative Social Media such as Telegram and GETTR. Change my search engine to DuckDuckGo.com or Gibiru.com, since much of the internet is controlled by financial interests. Clean out the stagnant stuff in my pantry. Start an online group. Join a peaceful celebration of human solidarity and sovereignty. Give money to folks in the front lines.
5. Open My Mind to Change
When my mind is open to change, I can be optimistic about the future. I can cross the schism in myself and help others cross safely too. I can see the global revolution that’s happening in our planet, our bodies, and minds. I can question my perceptions. I can reconsider things I learned in my younger years about the Earth, Religion, Heaven, and Hell. I can find hope in the resilient courage of humanity. I can see through the divisive efforts of some to turn us against each other. I can see though the pain of living.
Ok. Your turn. What are your ideas?
I’ll end with this poignant short video about perceptions.
Thanks for being part of this group!
