I Discover Refreshing Deep Sleep with No Wifi.
Natures frequencies heal the body at night. 

This article is about how I tested the internet and found peaceful sleep without Wifi. A few days ago I had to test the internet speed here at our Bali retreat center for a Zoom meeting. I measured Ping, Latency, Upload and Download speed at different times and areas. I learned where the routers are, where is the tower, who are the providers. I tracked the numbers on a spreadsheet. The results were surprising. We found that one area had consistently super-fast wifi. Other areas had medium speed. There was no speed difference between 5G and 4G. One cute little house we call the”spa” had zero wifi. Inside it was perfectly calm and peaceful. And an idea was born to try sleeping there to see how we would feel.

That night, we decided to sleep in the peaceful “spa” where there’s no Wifi and perfectly quiet. It was a huge surprise. When was the last time you slept in Nature with utter silence? No refrigerator humming, no air conditioner, no Wifi – just a few birds and crickets, and the deep feeling of Mother Earth in utter darkness. Oh my! I slept like a baby. It was like remembering my young camping days. I noticed the next morning my meditation had an easier flow. My brain was filled with light, as if the third eye had opened up. I didn’t give it a thought, because I have no idea what this means, and I don’t  try to explain these things in words. All I know is I felt GOOD waking up. During the day we do our work in our usual room with electric appliances, iPhones, and 4g Wifi all around.

I Discover Peaceful Deep Sleep 
After one week sleeping in the “spa”, I remember how to sleep in the quiet. I notice I have more energy than usual during the day. My morning meditation is filled with increasing each day. My husband said last night I was singing in my sleep, slowly moving my arms up and down in the air. Eeek! I cannot imagine this, but if he said it, I’m sure it is true! We live very close to Nature here in Bali. We have no TV, no meters, no chemicals in the water, just a small refrigerator, 2 computers, and 2 cell phones. I often think of my friends in the US and Europe with electric wired homes, 5g all around, TV’s in every room, smart meters, chemtrails, glyphosate in food, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, fluoride water, and many appliances on at night. I wonder, how is it possible to cultivate health in that environment?

Poor Sleep with Wifi.
It takes me 20 minutes to 1 hour to fall asleep with Wifi. However when Wifi is turned off, I am out within 5 minutes. Out cold. Maybe I’m a hyper-sensitive person. Or maybe we don’t really understand the role of sleep, both physical and spiritual. Why should we sleep, anyway?

What is Sleep?
What happens to us when we sleep? Well, no one really knows. According to Chinese Medicine, the Liver is the General of the kingdom of the body. The Heart is the Emperor. The soul of the liver is called the “Hun”. It is closely associated with the sacred blood. Hun is usually translated as Ethereal Soul. The Hun enters the body after birth and at death it is said to leave through the top of the head. The Hun is said to act as an intermediary between our waking and sleeping states. It is said that the Hun soul of the liver travels out of the body during sleep, and we can visit other dimensions. It returns to the body for our waking hours. The Liver rules planning and inspiration. The Hun spirit allows us to bring our heavenly nature into earthly form and manifestation. When in balance the Hun is the source of our dreams and visions, aims and projects, our creativity and ideas, all of which find physical expression in our lives.
Sleep is a Sacred Time to Heal
Deep healing takes place during sleep. That’s when the stem cells travel from their factory in the bone marrow to the rest of the body. (See my article: What’s Going on in Your Bone Marrow?) They do their work to heal the organs, and repair any damaged cells in the body.
According to Chinese Medicine, as described in my article: The 24-Hour Circadian Clock determines your body’s healing times, based on 2-hour segments, with a time for each major body organ. When the night is over, everything has been cleaned, healed, and adjusted, in theory. That’s why poor sleep always will lead to accelerated aging. And we know insomnia can lead to madness. I do see that we can function better when we sleep in quiet place free of electronic disturbance.
Sleeptime is a special time for the body. And this is exactly why it is important to sleep with no electronic disturbance. During the day is different. We can tolerate a little random nonsense in the energy fields in our conscious waking hours. But during sleep, the body-mind-spirit is more vulnerable. Your body literally opens like a flower to be nourished by cosmic energies from Nature that support your spiritual development. So sleep is a sacred time for the body and brain.
WiFi Can Damage Childhood Development in the Womb
Studies show that radiation emitted from WiFi networks, including cell phones, can negatively affect the developing fetus in the mother’s womb, and can also impair development in young children. Government safety standards do not take into account the impact that EMF radiation has on a developing fetus in the womb.
WiFi Can Compromise Child Health
Fetal EMF exposure has been associated with childhood asthma and childhood obesity — both of which can compromise the health of a child. There are many studies linking EMF radiation in children to behavioral and neurological problems, that deal with focus (ADHD), memory, and cognitive impairment.A study by Swedish researchers concluded that children who began using mobile phones regularly before age 20 had more than a  fourfold increased brain tumor risk.
5G and 2.4G Frequencies are Dangerous to your Health
Both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz WiFi routers are dangerous because they interfere with your body’s own natural frequencies. This interference can cause headaches, tinnitus, sleep problems, crib death, infertility, cancer and DNA damage (especially in infants and fetuses). There are literally hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies by scientists from all around the world showing these health problems.
WiFi or a wireless network consists of an antenna that is connected to the internet and several wireless devices, such as laptop, phone, etc. Unfortunately, all electromagnetic frequency of WiFi, both 2.4 Ghz UHF and Ghz SHF band, both are both pulsed, rather than continuous. This is a critical issue, as pulsed electromagnetic frequencies have a larger biological impact, disrupting the body’s own electrical system. A 2015 study found that unevenly pulsed an electromagnetic frequencies are more harmful.
Researchers have also tried to determine the relationship between WiFi exposure and physical damage to the body. They discovered that specific intensity ranges of electromagnetic pulses may produce maximum effects, and this may drop off at lower and higher intensities. 5 GHz is said to be more dangerous than 2.4 GHz units because it is twice the frequency and which makes it more intense. Kevin Mottus of the US Brain Tumor Association says that within the RF Radiation electro-magnetic spectrum, the higher the frequency, the more dangerous it is to living organisms. Also, because the 5 GHz frequency dissipates faster with distance, 5 GHz routers also emit the 2.4 GHz frequency. So you are being exposed to two frequencies of RF Radiation rather than just one

The Pineal Gland, Third Eye, and Sleep
Your pineal is an important endocrine gland located in the center of the brain. It plays the role of balancing sleep patterns, decision making, and how you perceive reality. The Pineal gland is sensitive to light, and produces a hormone called melatonin. For peak brain performance and psychological development, the pineal gland must remain healthy. The shape of the pineal resembles a tiny pine cone (hence its name). It is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies join.

‌This tiny gland serves as your body’s light meter. It receives light cues from the eyes, causing it to produce melatonin that sends several hormonal messages to the body. The pineal gland transmits information about your ideal circadian rhythm. Research shows the pineal gland also helps to regulate body temperature.In spiritual terms, the pineal gland is associated with the Third eye, or the forehead chakra between the eyebrows. The chakras are non-physical nodes in your energetic body. With a little inner work, your system of chakras can be activated and filled with light for a truly happy existence.
The Big Hidden Secret about the Pineal
Every human being’s Pineal Gland or the Third Eye can be activated to spiritual world frequencies to enable you to have the sense of all knowing, godlike euphoria and oneness all around you every day. WiFi routers are a considerable source of EMF radiation exposure in many homes. And most people keep their routers on 24 hours a day, leading to a significant level of cumulative non-stop exposure. EMF radiation tricks the pineal gland into believing it is always daytime. The pineal gland produces melatonin only when it is dark. And melatonin helps us sleep. Keep your bedroom free from all sources of EMF radiation. Switch off your router and computer off at night. Better yet, turn off the main power to hour home before bed. Put your cell phone onto airplane mode which will still enable you to have your wake-up alarm call.

Dr. Antonio Damasio, a Portuguese neuroscientist has pointed out that electronics create an over-acceleration of our neocortex brain affecting our emotional circuits in the Amygdala centers of the brain. That’s why it’s important to take frequent breaks from electronic devices and make sure you spend time in Nature.

Does Wifi Cause Brain Cancer?
Well, yes it does. Wireless radiation is a Class 2B “possible” carcinogen. But leading scientists argue it should be re-classified as a Class 1 “definite” carcinogen next to Tobacco and Asbestos. Reports that cell phones cause brain cancer have circulated since cell phones first appeared, yet fact-checkers and denials abound.

Wireless technology has brought convenience, communication, and mobility into our lives. No one wants to give those things up. At the same time, its domineering presence has blunted our awareness to life outside the device box. And, now, as we are discovering, the EMF radiation emitted by wireless technology is reducing our mental and physical health as well. 24/7 connectivity might not be so healthy for humans after all, even though the much-hyped 5G rollout in our lives is touted as the fastest, the clearest, the best super highway of communications ever, which is supposed to be a good thing, right? And the most surprising evidence is that EMF sickness has the exact same symptoms as Covid-19. Let that soak in.

No one could imagine fifty years ago that cigarettes could be bad for your health. Doctors smoked, dentists smoked, everyone smoked! Or in the 70’s that lead in water pipes, paint and gasoline could be a problem. But they were. First people had to become educated about these problems, and then we chose new behaviors.

How is WiFi Dangerous?We have long been told that WiFi is non-ionizing, meaning it doesn’t have sufficient energy to break the bonds that hold molecules together, and that there is no heating effect… so therefore it is harmless. However, thousands of peer-reviewed studies tell a different story. WiFi radiation may not cause thermal heating, and it may be non-ionizing − but it is far from harmless.

WiFi Radiation is Linked to Many Diseases. Independent research dating back some 80 years links WiFi radiation to a long list of adverse biological effects, including:

  • DNA chain breaks
  • Increased blood-brain-barrier permeability
  • Disruption to brain glucose metabolism
  • Creation of stress proteins
  • Disruption of cell metabolism

Studies also associate WiFi radiation exposure with such symptoms as fatigue, irritability, headaches, and digestive disorders. Long-term exposure to WiFi radiation has been linked to insomnia, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, and ADHD.

In a recent study the German telecommunications company T-Mobile carried out a major independent study. It found that “on the cellular level, a multitude of studies found the type of damage from high frequency electromagnetic fields which is important for cancer initiation and cancer promotion.”

In 2011, the W.H.O. World Health Organization classified WiFi devices as a Group 2B possible carcinogen. However, a study conducted by the University of Vienna found WiFi exposures to cause genotoxicity, due to breakage of single and double strand DNA in our body. This indicates that there are effects that may potentially surface in future generations.

Besides cancer and DNA damage, exposure to WiFi type radiation induces memory loss, diabetes, depression, insomnia, fatigue, Alzheimer’s, cancer, and more.

Healthy Checklist For Deep Sleep:

  1. Turn off all Wifi and cell phones before bed.
  2. Better yet, turn off the master switch to the power in your home.
  3. Meditate with white light in the primary channels 
  4. Massage the feet.
  5. Be happy and at ease.

According to Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt:

“You know that towards the end of last century in the beginning of the century there will be movement driven by big corporations to take the soul away from people to disconnect people from the higher world and in order to do that we have to destroy the pineal gland in people you know followed the research on that. And amazingly what we found, the pineal gland is the most sensitive part of our central nervous system. And it’s highly highly highly sensitive to four things: aluminum, glyphosate, fluoride, and Wi-Fi. We (USA) are the only country in the world that has pushed these four things in the last sixty years or so on everybody.”

A Sustainable World?
As consumers we now expect mobile phone and internet service everywhere in the world 24/7. The industry claims that 5G will offer super-fast videos, create broadband highways for our ever-increasing data traffic at faster speeds, and that 5G will reduce carbon emissions. I’m not sure any of this is true. My speed tests here showed no meaningful speed difference between 5g and 4g, with 5g frequently being slower than 4g. I know there are different kinds of 5G, and we’ve all heard frightening 5g stories of harm to birds, animals, and people.

Our global development leaders strive to meet “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs) to bring human activities into balance with Nature. However a careful look at our new “SDG Index” reveals that it does not measure sustainable development all. It primarily measures economic factors, not environmental. And how can you measure balance in Nature when you have no concept of what it to begin with? Clearly we have some work to do. Bless them all. I rest my case.
