Jane’s Classes

Jane-Qigong-GreetingJane teaches classes in Qigong, Taichi, Healthy Lifestyles, and Meditation in Santa Fe, NM. Qigong and Tachi are sacred meditative movements. These deceptively simple and graceful forms stimulate the deepest vitality of energetic meridians in the body. According to ancient Chinese medicine, the greatest source of personal wisdom in the physical realm is the body. The body is your finest link to pure awareness, as the intimate link between the body, soul, spirit, and the cosmos. Qigong can heal many illnesses. Through Qigong, Jane has successfully cleared herself of grave health issues. Her passion for Qigong and Taichi comes from its beauty, grace, and healing power.
