Qigong Classes

Srijana and Lama D offer classes and workshops online and via Zoom. We are in Bali at Keramas Sacred River Village in Gianyar. Most classes last one hour. Retreats include meals and accommodations for 7-13 days. For more information, please email us at srijana @ fiveseasonsmedicine.com.

1. Sun Tzu: The ART OF WAR, a Course for Young Minds of All Ages

This is an exciting course in strategic thinking for every level. It consists of all 13 Chapters of the Sun Tzu classic ART OF WAR. The GOAL is an in-depth understanding of winning strategies in creative thinking, leadership, and harmony to apply in every sphere of our lives.

The Art of War outlines a set of concepts and skills useful in any conflict, not just military action. These skills apply to every level of our relationships from interpersonal, professional, family, and international associations. Our goal is to make you invincible, ethical, humane, and victorious even without battle. These tactics and principles encompass every arena of life, from the physical sciences, to politics, psychology, art, and spirit.

Each Class includes:

  1. 3 Quotes of main points
  2. Audio Text in a Video, narrator to be announced
  3. A Story, audio narrated by Srijana
  4. Live Zoom Discussion of Q&A, and a Case Study from Real-Life situation, to practice problem solving in a group

2. WHITE LIGHT MEDITATIONS – 2-hour WORKSHOP

The 3 White Light Meditations is a 2 1/2 hour online workshop via video. It is about turning on the lights in the brain and body. This workshop offers a whole new perspective on physical body healing in harmony with spirit. I will guide you with diagrams, breathing, relaxation, and a little humor to allow these techniques to be easy and clear. The cost is $50.

  1. White Light Meditation #1 is about breath, root, and protection.
  2. The 2nd White Light Meditation shows how to vitalize your health through the Extraordinary meridians of destiny.
  3. The 3rd White Light Meditation explains multi-dimensional healing intelligence through visualizations and a chant.

Meditation techniques that once took hundreds of years to master, can now be assimilated in minutes. Most people take years to arrive at this level, however in the workshop we do it in 2 1/2 hours. Because NOW is the time. Click for more info on White Light Meditation.

3. HEAL YOUR PAST LIVES 6-Part Class

Who would you be if you didn’t carry burdens from the past?

Many people suffer from traumatic memories which can affect our current life as habitual thoughts and expectations. This class teaches how to pinpoint the roots of any past trauma and remove the negative charge. This creates a subtle and positive shift of your perceptions. My goal is to empower you to remove negative patterns rooted in the past to find health and wellness.

What is trauma?
Trauma represents highly concentrated toxic energy, like a knot at the root of friction and stress. Trauma holds you back from achieving your highest destiny. Every trauma you carry fragments your consciousness, as if a piece of your awareness is tied up remembering it. When you deal with your trauma, your consciousness opens up. Your intuition wakes up.

The training has three parts:
1) How does Past Trauma condition your life now?
2) Learn to Observe states of consciousness for self-hypnosis
3) 6-Part technique to pinpoint past trauma and dissolve it using self-hypnosis and kinesiology.

These techniques require practice, and can become a valuable everyday tool for one’s life.

4. DAILY MEDITATION 

During workshops we do a daily 1-hour meditation class. It includes several steps on a spiritual path including Meditative breathing, Brain balancing, Stilling the mind, Opening the Heart, Cultivating a deep wish, Observing my thoughts, Who am I? What is Surrender?, and Removing Obstacles to Ascension.

5. ADVANCED KUNDALINI BREATHING and EYE-OPEN MEDITATION

We combine relaxed focus with breath work to activate the deepest powers of awakening in the body, mind, and spirit. This process can be taught, however it is completely beyond words. The class consists of a specific breathing exercise to vitalize the energy meridians of the body, an open-eye meditation experience, and learning how to sit in stillness. In stillness the deepest parts of you begin to function and harmonize with the larger real world.

6. QIGONG and TAICHI

Qigong and Tachi are sacred meditative movements from ancient Chinese Taoist tradition. These deceptively simple forms stimulate the body vitality deep within the energy meridians. According to ancient Chinese medicine, the physical body is your finest guide to pure awareness, an intimate link between the body, soul, spirit, and the cosmos. Qigong can heal many illnesses. Through Qigong, Sri Jana has successfully cleared herself of grave health issues. Her passion for Qigong and Taichi comes from beauty, grace, and healing power of movement.

7. HEALING YOUR EMOTIONAL TRAUMA 

Healing past trauma is an individual experience that feels different for everyone. Our healing services consist of individual consultations via Zoom, in-person visits to Bali, and workshops. Workshops are our favorite, because although each person’s experience is totally unique, the phases of healing are the same for everyone. Rather than discuss specific emotions, we first establish stability and calmness through breath work and relaxed focus. We study the meridians and organs, which harbor many of our old feelings, which are often expressed in pain, illness, or reactions.

The next phase is Mindfulness where we experience meditation and gentle movement to develop body awareness and equanimity. Self Love and Compassion is the next phase, in which we consider accepting and loving ourselves. This is the deepest core of trauma healing, and the foundation for spiritual growth. When we are ready to cultivate trustworthy and authentic relationships, then we can can begin to truly serve others. In all phases we use meditation, gentle movement, Tibetan Kunye massage, and Energy Medicine techniques to painlessly dissolve inner blocks. Energy medicine removes the old emotional charge without having to re-experience a traumatic event. When you are able to honestly observe your emotions, the final step is to be able to express them honestly to others. As always, the key is compassionate kindness.

8. FULL BHAGAVAD GITA COURSE 

This is a 20 session video course of the entire Bhagavad Gita. In this course we delve into the sacred teachings from the ancient epic, the Mahabharata, in the light of modern events. This 5,000 year-old Vedic poem contains 18 unique chapters. It outlines the purpose of human life and explains the structure of the universe. It tells how to engage in the path to ascension and win!

My 20-video playlist will lead you through all 18 chapters. It includes detailed analysis and a Q&A at the end of each chapter, for easy retention. The Bhagavad Gita online course is a playlist on My YouTube channel. After studying this amazing epic, my life was changed forever, and yours will be too!  These chapters contains critically needed lessons for mankind right now, during a time of great transition.

9. BUDDHIST DHARMA TALKS BY LAMA D.

Lama D is a gifted bridge into ancient Tibetan wisdom. He comes from the ancient Bhutanese Kagyu tradition. His Dharma Talks started out in Bhutan, and now he offers them in Bali in English. His topics range from subtle to complex:

    1. Why is having a human life is better than living in heaven?
    2. What are the four major problems of human life? 1) You are born. 2) You get old. 3) You get sick. 4) You die. Everybody has these four problems. What can we do about it?
    3. Tharbi Sabinmeans “Seeds for Paradise”. What does it mean to plant seeds for paradise?
    4. How can you receive blessings very easily, and how to be lucky in your life?
    5. What action, prayer, and chant should you do every day to have a happy life, and get into paradise?
    6. How can you analyze your own mind during the day to dissolve mental traps and find clarity?
    7. I will teach you powerful visualizations to train your mind to get to paradise.

10. BUDDHA SPEAKS, CHANNELED CONVERSATIONS WITH THE MASTER

This is a course of 6 classes, using selections from Sri Jana’s book: “Buddha Speaks, Channeled Conversations with the Master”. Audio Book is coming soon! The class consists of a Reading, Q&A, and Group Discussion from these selected chapters:

11. REJUVENATE BODY, MIND, SPIRIT IN BALI

A 7-day in-person workshop on diet and lifestyle in Bali. We cover a wide variety of body wisdom topics including articles from my food website: JanesHealthyKitchen,  my lecture series The Forgotten Pandemics, and my healing website: FiveSeasonsMedicine. We discuss diet, lifestyle, toxins, meditation, EMF’s, 5G, and Psychic Protection. Our goal is to clear and raise physical vibration of the body to hold light so that DNA and wisdom can evolve. We discuss the roots of common chronic diseases and how to heal or avoid each one. In modern times, chronic disease is a source of income to the medical industry. However, there is a clear resolution to each one if we are ready to make changes.

12. BALI SPIRITUAL JOURNEY

A 7-13-day workshop visiting sacred sites related to the Hindu Five Elements, offering treatments with Lama D and Sri Jana, natural beauty of the island. Learn about Sri Dewi Mother Goddess of Bali and meditate at her temple. Study the ancient “Siva-Buda” Bali religion. Receive a blessing in the 7th-century temple at Keramas Sacred River Village.

13. MEDITATION and SACRED ANATOMY 

This class is learning to deeply quiet the mind, practice meditation and how to develop awareness of the body and thoughts. It teaches Embodying Sprit, which synchronizes Body, Mind, and Spirit. It’s a lifetime practice. It includes anatomy of physical and energetic systems (learn muscle relaxation, organ awareness, energy centers, breath). We learn greater inner sensitivity and visions to clear the lower frequencies and make resilient adjustments to find balance and stay in the light every moment.
