About Srijana

Srijana, aka Jane Barthelemy, has over three decades of experience practicing energy medicine and teaching teachers. Her online consultations help students achieve extraordinary life goals through independent self-reliance, deep mind-shifting, and behavior modification.

A life-long practitioner of Buddhism for over 50 years, Srijana teaches meditation and practical energy medicine to detox and balance the body-mind-spirit to Nature. Her consultations integrate mental discipline, nutrition, and multi-dimensional diversity to unify science and spirit in harmony with the awaking intelligence of humanity.

Srijana teaches integrated disciplines to navigate the frequency-quickening of our times. Her fiercely independent passion, dedication, and expansive awareness can help you bring cutting-edge concepts clearly into focus, assuring your own path will find its unique framework and language.

An American by birth, she grew up in a family of teachers and independent thinkers. She began her spiritual journey with Swami Rudrananda, or Rudi, and lived in his ashram for 35 years, where daily discipline included Tibetan meditation, breathing, holistic medicine, yoga, and conscious business practices. Rudi was a brilliant master, maverick, and the first American-born Swami. He came from the renegade and unconventional Drukpa Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, including Mahasiddhi Baghavan Nityananda, Drukpa Kunley, Milarepa, and Padmasambhava. Rudi’s teachings integrate diverse traditions into a modern Kundalini meditation practice for ascension. After Rudi’s passing, Sri Jana continued her Buddhist studies with Lama Tshering Wangdu Rinpoche, lineage holder of the Longchen Nyingthig, Shije, and Chöd practices.

Srijana has traversed many contrasting careers, After graduating from IU School of Music, she earned her MBA and worked as CFO of Rudi’s Bakery, a 10–million dollar enterprise, where she learned about financial management, cost-accounting, and team cooperation. She worked installing computer networks for a cutting-edge publishing company. The discovery of her opera voice took her to Italy, where she sang prima donna roles. Personal illness and metabolic imbalance led to Srijana’s deep interest in physical health and its intimate relationship to mental-spiritual balance. Her self-healing journey from cancer, food allergies, chronic fatigue, total adrenal failure, digestive collapse, chemical sensitivities, and shingles, gives her a unique perspective. This led to a 360° shift in diet and lifestyle to organic, unprocessed foods. Her two cookbooks: “Paleo Desserts” and “Good Morning Paleo” published by Hatchette Books, were written out of physical necessity, as she was unable to eat any processed foods. Her website JanesHealthyKitchen.com recently won the 2022 Corp Today Magazine award for the “Best Food & Lifestyle Blog – North America”. As part of her healing journey, she recently finished three upcoming books:

  1. Heal Your Past Lives How to Dissolve Past Trauma via Self-Hypnosis for Life-Changing Shifts
  2. Buddha Speaks, Illustrated Quotes for Children & Adults
  3. Buddha Speaks, 36 Channeled Conversations with the Master

Srijana has a deep interest in Chinese medicine. She teaches Qigong and Taichi as part of her daily practice to balance Qi meridians and fluids of the body. She practices the ethics of ancient Chinese medicine, which views the body as a vehicle to spirit, rather than a physical mechanism as taught in modern medical schools. Her diverse mentors include Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Christiane Northrup, Rudolf Steiner, and Falun Gong founder Master Li Hongzhi.
