Jane-Qigong-GreetingSri Jana and Lama D offer these classes online via Zoom. They also are available in Bali at Keramas Sacred River Village in Gianyar. Classes last one hour. 1. MEDITATION
A 1-hour meditation class for every level. It includes several steps to a spiritual path: Meditative breathing, Brain balancing, Stilling the mind, Opening the Heart, Cultivating a deep wish, Observing my thoughts, Who am I? What is Surrender? and Surrender to What?

2. ADVANCED KUNDALINI BREATHING and EYE-OPEN MEDITATION
We combine relaxed focus with breath work to activate the deepest powers of awakening in the body, mind, and spirit. This process can be taught, however it is completely beyond words. The class consists of a specific breathing exercise to vitalize the energy meridians of the body, an open-eye meditation experience, and learning how to sit in stillness. In stillness the deepest parts of you begin to function and harmonize with the larger real world.

3. QIGONG and TAICHI
Qigong and Tachi are sacred meditative movements from ancient Chinese Taoist tradition. These deceptively simple forms stimulate the body vitality deep within the energy meridians. According to ancient Chinese medicine, the physical body is your finest guide to pure awareness, an intimate link between the body, soul, spirit, and the cosmos. Qigong can heal many illnesses. Through Qigong, Sri Jana has successfully cleared herself of grave health issues. Her passion for Qigong and Taichi comes from beauty, grace, and healing power of movement.

4. HEAL EMOTIONAL TRAUMA 
Healing past trauma is an individual experience that feels different for everyone. Our healing services consist of individual consultations via Zoom, in-person visits to Bali, or a group workshop. Workshops are our favorite, because although each person’s experience is totally unique, the phases of healing are the same for everyone. Rather than discuss emotions, we first establish stability and calmness through breath work and relaxing focus. The next phase is Mindfulness where we experience meditation and gentle movement to develop body awareness and Buddhist equanimity. Self Love and Compassion is the next phase, in which we consider accepting and loving ourselves. This is the deepest core of trauma healing, and the foundation for spiritual growth. When we are ready to cultivate trustworthy and authentic relationships, then we can can begin to truly serve others. In all phases we use meditation, gentle movement, Tibetan Kunye massage, and Energy Medicine techniques to painlessly dissolve inner blocks. Energy medicine removes the old emotional charge without having to re-experience a traumatic event. When you are able to honestly observe your emotions, the final step is to be able to express them honestly to others. As always, the key is compassionate kindness.

5. THE BHAGAVAD GITA – TRUTH AMID CHAOS  
This class opens the door into the Secrets of Life in the light of current events. From the ancient epic of the Mahabharata, this 5,000 year-old Vedic poem outlines the purpose of life, how to engage in the battle for enlightenment and win! The class is a 1-hour introduction with Q&A in person or via Zoom. Or take the whole 20-video course to delve deeply into each chapter. The Bhagavad Gita class series is on My YouTube channel here. These are the most-needed lessons for mankind during our time of change.

6. BUDDHIST DHARMA TALKS WITH LAMA D.

Lama D is a gifted and brilliant portal into Tibetan wisdom of the ages. He comes from the ancient Bhutanese Kagyu tradition. His Dharma Talks started out in Bhutan, and now he offers them in Bali in English. Find more information at his website: PowerDharma. His topics range from subtle to complex:

7. “THE BUDDHA SPEAKS, CHANNELED CONVERSATIONS WITH THE MASTER”
Readings, Q&A, and Discussion from selected chapters of my book: “Buddha Speaks, Channeled Conversations with the Master”. We will study one of these chapters:

8. HEAL YOUR PAST LIVES 
Many people suffer from traumatic memories, which can seep into our current lives as expectations and habitual thoughts. This class teaches how to pinpoint the roots of any past trauma and remove the negative charge. The result is a subtle shift of your perceptions in a positive way. The training has three parts:
1) Learn self-hypnosis.
2) Learn how to body-dowse to ask clear questions without assumptions.
3) Learn how to remove the negative memory.
These techniques require practice, and can become a valuable everyday tool for one’s life. The text is my book, “Heal Your Past Lives, Six Steps to Dissolve Old Trauma for Lasting Happiness”.

9. REJUVENATE BODY, MIND, SPIRIT IN BALI
A 7-day in-person workshop on diet and lifestyle in Bali. We cover a wide variety of body wisdom topics including articles from my food website: JanesHealthyKitchen,  my lecture series The Forgotten Pandemics, and my healing website: FiveSeasonsMedicine. We discuss diet, lifestyle, toxins, meditation, EMF’s, 5G, and Psychic Protection. Our goal is to clear and raise physical vibration of the body to hold light so that DNA and wisdom can evolve. We discuss the roots of common chronic diseases and how to heal or avoid each one. In modern times, chronic disease is a source of income to the medical industry. However, there is a clear resolution to each one if we are ready to make changes.

10. BALI SPIRITUAL JOURNEY – Sri Jana and Lama D.
A 7-13-day workshop visiting sacred sites related to the Hindu Five Elements, offering treatments with Lama D and Sri Jana, natural beauty of the island. Learn about Sri Dewi Mother Goddess of Bali and meditate at her temple. Study the ancient “Siva-Buda” Bali religion. Receive a blessing in the 7th-century temple at Keramas Sacred River Village.

11. MEDITATION and SACRED ANATOMY OF THE BODY
This class is learning to deeply quiet the mind, practice meditation and how to develop awareness of the body and thoughts. It teaches Embodying Sprit, which synchronizes Body, Mind, and Spirit. It’s a lifetime practice. It includes anatomy of physical and energetic systems (learn muscle relaxation, organ awareness, energy centers, breath). We learn greater inner sensitivity and visions to clear the lower frequencies and make resilient adjustments to find balance and stay in the light every moment.
