Kundalini Cultivation

Kundalini is about activating joy in the body. Its energetic power is as natural as rain, as normal as breathing. Kundalini is about activating a union that links soul harmony into the physical body, so it can raise its frequency to the divine. Activation happens naturally in some, however in most people it must be learned. Once it opens, it’s just a matter of nourishing it and keeping it going toward your destination. Like a river flows to the sea, we join God.

Energy circulation is the gift and the basis of human life. Every true religion talks about it, but most have forgotten it. This is the “secret teaching” of the ages. Kundalini is the unstated meaning of Adam and Eve’s meeting with the snake in the Garden of Eden. Its truth is hidden in the Christian Bible. It is the origin of Roman secret societies. This is the ultimate goal of Buddhism, and the pinnacle of Nirvana in Yogic traditions. It’s the fountain of youth. however it’s as simple as the summer breeze blowing against your skin.

Kundalini Cultivation is a series of three 1-hour sessions on Zoom. The three sessions are designed to give you the basic technique, in order to allow you continue the process of energy unfolding and flowing in your body by yourself. It is based on your current level, so it starts from wherever you are. When we first meet on Zoom, I will do a reading of your system to discover what is needed for you. The technique consists of a breathing exercise and learning to focus on specific areas of your body, the meridians, the joints, the spine and head. There is some gentle movement. The process of awakening is subtle, internal and non-verbal, therefore each person’s experience is unique. When you do the practice every day, layer after layer your internal memory can open. Over time your existence becomes a picture of health and wellness. This is the ultimate union of all the polarities and dualities in one. Internal-External, Male-Female, Shiva-Shakti, Yin-Yang, Human-Universe.

True Kundalini Cultivation is not religious, therefore it is completely non-sectarian. This cultivation is the pinnacle of every true faith, so naturally there are many ways to express it. Some methods teaching it are quite complex, and others are rough. Some are primarily mental, others primarily physical. Some use yoga positions, others do not. Do not be discouraged or distracted.

Kundalini comes from the Sanskrit word: कुण्डलिनी kuṇḍalinī, referring to a “coiled snake“. It is said that the serpent of kundalini, representing the power of consciousness, begins to move up the nadir or channels of the spine to the top of the head. Sometimes it actually gives a subtle sense of movement flowing upward along the spine, sometimes not. This is a Vedic way of visualizing. Do not become fixated on the chakras. The Buddha achieved perfect enlightenment without mentioning them. This general method is beyond any sect and works effectively in every cultural setting.

However, the technique comes with a warning; If you touch it with your mind, or try to dissect it. If you put it into a bottle to sell, or use it for selfish purposes, it will be lost. It may even backfire on you in a terrible way. Do not play with fire. Synthesized over thousands of years and hundreds of practitioners, the technique I offer is the simplest and most direct path that I know to embody union of physical, mental, and spiritual in your life.

I’ve always been passionate about music, colors, movement, sex, and harmonious interconnections – these all touch me deeply. I first thought that was what life was all about – sensory experiences and refining them with joy. However, the first time I felt the whole system awaken inside me, under the instruction of my teacher, I suddenly knew it was the peak of all experience. Similar but very different from sex, and way better. More like falling in love with the universe. Even better, this happens without any sensory input, no colored lights, soft music, or fancy elixir. Just just through my own inward focus and breathing. OMG, I was amazed. It seemed like a miracle. My life turned completely at that point. I’ve been doing this practice every day for over 50 years, quietly infusing it into my life. Of course, I still love music, color and all that. However, I’m explaining why I dedicated my entire life to this practice. Seeded by Bhagawan Nityananda and Swami Rudrananda, I wanted to spend the time to infuse it deeply into my bones.

It is really fun! You are invited. Let me know if you have any questions.
