What are our biggest biggest killer diseases? That’s right, NCD’s or Non-Communicable Diseases like Cancer, Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Heart Disease, Obesity, Arthritis, have no cause and no cure. HUH? A huge upsurge in health awareness in the post-Covid era is stirring the pot and challenging the old medical status-quo. Humanity just got a big wake-up call, a reminder to focus on DETOX. We are discovering that to stay alive, our primary job is protect our DNA by avoiding toxins and building a resilient microbiome, the very root of immunity. It’s that simple. 

This article is a bird’s-eye overview of shocking global trends in the world’s top 12 biggest killers, the NCD’s. These 12 diseases are the greatest threat to humankind. What’s happening now? What we can expect by 2050? And what are the best ways to avoid them altogether?

Three Surprising Facts Make this Information Even More Alarming

#1 – The Top Killer Diseases are “IDIOPATHIC”, meaning doctors do not know what caused your illness, and do not know how to heal you. They can, however offer medication to “treat” you for the rest of your life to prolong your agony. 

#2 – Most of the Top 12 Killers are METABOLIC, not genetic or infectious diseases. They come from poor microbiome, sugar, carbs, mineral deficiency, toxins, and stress. While these chronic diseases have hundreds of different names, they are all similar. Yes, it’s obvious that poor diet and a toxic inner body terrain invite disease. Our Medical Industry is highly advanced. I’m pretty sure we already know exactly what causes any disease, and how to heal it. So instead of just treating to prolong these illnesses, why not heal them completely?

Since most common diseases are related to diet and metabolism, the solutions are right in front of us in our own kitchen. Some of the diseases are made worse by environmental issues, like toxic air, water, and soil. So we must work together to solve them. What are the major chronic diseases in the world?

Major chronic diseases in the world

1. All-Causes of Death Worldwide 2020 – 2023 Missing Data. Statisticians offer tidbits of truth.

My data in this article only goes through 2019. I wish to show trends in deaths from the major chronic diseases. Are they rising or falling? (I’m no statistician, I’m a rank beginner, although I DID ace statistics class in MBA school.)  But I’m unable to find this data. What happened to 2020 – 2023? How many people in the world died of Cancer, Diabetes or Heart Disease during this period? Did the WHO statisticians take a vacation? The data is almost impossible to find.

Covid Cases Reported – Our World in Data

Excess Deaths refers to the increase in deaths over the average that we would expect.
We can see the graphs here, but I cannot find total excess # deaths by year. Where is the missing data? According to Our World in Data, 6,954,274 people died of Covid. Yet we see clearly total excess deaths far exceeded Covid deaths. What other causes were these people dying of? The vaccine was rolled out around February 2022. Pandemic cases peaked in January 2022, and faded around January 2023. After that time we would hopefully expect excess deaths to decline to zero or below. Yet after Covid ended and the vaccine continued, excess deaths continue to rise. Why is this? What were people dying of?

The clearest overall analysis of excess deaths so far is by Dr. John Campbell. 
In this video he shows excess deaths continued to be high after the pandemic, and are far higher in heavily vaccinated countries. The data also shows that the excess deaths are happening in young people, and are primarily heart-related. Flu deaths have all but disappeared. While I cannot locate statistics by specific cause of death for 2020 – 2023, I DO find this graph of total deaths and births. This shows a major decrease in birth rate and a huge increase in death rate for the Covid period. According to this UN “medium fertility scenario”, deaths are projected to begin to exceed births around the year 2080, which means after that, total world population would be expected to decline steadily.

Tidbits of Data Give More Evidence of Vaccine Deaths:

A Pentagon doctor recently stepped forward to say heart failure in the military has spiked over 900% increase in soldiers, from the military database as shared by Lieutenant Ted Macie. Other Pentagon data shows heart failure has increased nearly 1,000% among pilots in 2022.

According to Steve Kirsch, Silicon Valley entrepreneur and search engine founder, no state of country has ever released record-level public level health data on any vaccine. He states that data from Health New Zealand confirms that the COVID vaccines have killed over 10 million people worldwide. Steve Kirsch shows detailed analysis of vaccines for safety in his MIT talk.

According to David Martin PhD, all-cause mortality in the ages of 18 to 55 is now 40% higher in the people that were injected with the shot. According to Dr. Denis Rancourt, physicist, over 17 million people have lost their lives so far after the vaccine. His study showed that excess deaths were not caused by a pandemic, but rather were due to aggressive medical treatments and to the vaccine,  Professor Mark Skidmore of MSU studied vaccine deaths and wrote a study claiming more than 280k vaccine deaths in the USA, however he was forced to retract the data. He submitted that the actual death count for the period could be closer to 330,000.

In England, I am told over 1 million vaccinated people have died. Yet just 61k unvaccinated have passed away in the same 2 year period. Clearly excess deaths are continuing after the vaccine, and not related to a pandemic.

Financial Incentives to Report Deaths as Covid?

Cause of death data may be unreliable, as many Cancer, Flu, and Diabetes deaths were said to be reported as Covid due to financial incentives. Hospital reports of Covid death could have been higher than actual, due to powerful financial kickbacks. For example, a hospital that admitted a COVID-19 patient would get paid $13,000 by the CDC. If that COVID-19 patient went on a ventilator, the hospital would receive an additional  $39,000, three times as much. Remdesivir treatment would bring the hospital an additional $13,000 from Medicare. Even more payments by the US government for specific states per the 2020 “CARE Act,” authorized large incentives to follow the CDC protocol for needy states, including $306,000 per “Covid Case” in Alaska, $235,000 per case in Iowa, and $380,000 per case in Minnesota.

In conclusion, I cannot show you the actual fatality numbers for the top 12 Chronic Diseases for 2020-2023, as the data is unavailable. Indeed, it appears the most dangerous NCD Non-Communicable Disease is the vaccine itself. Now let us resume our original discussion of the Top NCD Chronic Diseases and how to heal them:


Cancer is the #1 epidemic of our times. There are about 200 million people with cancer, and 20 million new Cancer cases every year worldwide. This year 10 million people will die of it, or one in every 6 deaths.  Cancer is increasing fast, especially in Asia. By 2050, Cancer is expected to double to 400 million cases. 

Cancer is a tumor growth that can happen in any part of the body, and spread. It is a personal disease for each individual. Cancer is a Metabolic Disease – Not a Genetic One, so the healing path is also metabolic. Cancer Has Multiple Causes. Especially toxins, parasites, and psycho-emotional blocks.

Cancer Cases in India 2012 – 2035

Cancer is always found in the presence of Parasites.
New research shows that Parasites can be easily misdiagnosed as Cancer. When a biopsy is analyzed, even skilled lab technicians have difficulty differentiating between an abnormal fast-growing body cell and a foreign invading parasite under the microscope. Oncologists find when the patient cleanses microbes, bacteria, parasites, the Cancer disappears or slowly fades. Hypertension affects 1 in 3 adults worldwide. Hypertension (High blood Pressure) cases doubled in the past 30 years, to 1.3 billion worldwide, yet most people are unaware their health is at risk. Hypertension occurs when the blood vessels are clogged with foreign particles and plaque, and the blood cannot flow easily. Then the heart may get overworked. This is critical since the heart rules the circulation of life-giving blood to all the organs and tissues.  

Heart disease is the major cause of death in the world. Treatment for Hypertension is pharmaceuticals that control the disease, but do not heal it. The medical establishment generally considers Hypertension and Heart Disease “Idiopathic”, meaning we do not know what causes them or how to heal them.

Inflammation is the cause of hypertension. Inflammation comes from many clues including stress, worry, toxins, and sugar. Particles enter the blood vessels from the intestines. When we eat high carb foods this immediately turns into glucose in the blood. Foreign particles in the blood like glucose, make little rips and tears inside the blood vessels. To repair the holes, your body sends cholesterol, which builds up in the arteries around the heart like glue and blocks the blood vessels. This is caused by many of our favorite high-carb foods: white rice, noodles, flour, sugar, potatoes, and bread.

In today’s high stress society living on convenience foods, the majority of the world is nutritionally deficient and dehydrated, making blood vessels prone to constriction, calcification, oxidative stress and high levels of homocysteine. New studies in methylation indicate that supplementing with Trimethylglycine (TMG) or betaine, can lower homocysteine levels safely.  Everyone should eat more leafy green vegetables, or supplement with vitamins B2, B6, folate (B9), and B12 to reduce cardiovascular events and improve cognitive brain function. TMG is plentiful in beets whole grains, spinach and shellfish.

If hypertension continues, it can become more serious. Coronary Heart Disease now affects half a billion people worldwide.

Heart disease is due to a combination of the same factors including emotional stress, cultural habits, small intestine imbalance, poor metabolism, lack of exercise, and food addictions. It is made worse by high carb food, inflammation, air pollution, farming chemicals, pesticides, smoking, lack of exercise, drinking alcohol, and stress. 

What can we do?
To heal heart disease we can reduce stress, avoid sugar and carbs, take a ginger shot drink, do a cleanse for the intestine, eat lots of fiber, eat moringa leaves, reduce inflammation, relax, enjoy life. Eat only unprocessed clean foods like your great grandmother ate. Exercise helps to clean the blood vessels of foreign particles.  Measure your body pH and take baking soda every day, Eat lots of fresh vegetables, moringa leaves, and go easy on the white rice, flour, and carbs in everyday foods.


Diabetes is a worldwide epidemic, of 600 million people in the world, and by 2050 it will increase to 1.3 billion. Diabetes is a metabolic imbalance of chronic high blood sugar levels. especially in Asia.

Sugar ruins your health, causing body acidity and DNA damage. Sugar causes a cycle of craving, acidity, DNA damage, obesity, cancer, weight gain, premature aging, and death. This cycle is the #1 root of all chronic disease.


Diabetes reflects our desire for love. We crave Sweetness. SWEET is irresistible. But this sweet is a trick. Sugar gives us a quick high, but then pulls you down even lower. It triggers the brain centers of addiction like cocaine and hard drugs. We’ll do anything for sugar.


Diabetes and obesity are a sign of gut imbalance and confused metabolism. Much of this is caused by chemicals in our food, which destroy the good bacteria. This graph shows that increase in diabetes and obesity in the world in the past 40 years is exactly parallel to more like glyphosate, farming chemicals, and pesticides in our food.

High sugar consumption leads to disease
Annual sugar consumption in the US has increased from 2 lbs. per person in 1820 to over 100 lbs. During this time we see exponential increases in sugar-related chronic diseases such as Obesity, Diabetes, Heart disease, Arthritis, Alzheimer’s, Adrenal Fatigue, and Depression, which just decades ago were extremely rare. Processed grains and high-sugar foods have entered our diets, leading to poor health and chronic illness.


What can we do? We have to become strong to break the cycle of addiction and craving. Like the Buddha says, “It’s all in your mind”.

True sweetness we crave is much deeper. That power of Love is from God. It is all around us, inside our every cell and in everything around us. How can we drink THAT, which is permanent and real ? The sweet of sugar is fake and temporary.

To avoid Diabetes, avoid high carb foods that convert to sugar, eat organic, avoid glyphosate, test your blood sugar frequently detox your body to clean up foreign particles and poisons. Retrain your mind and body to love fresh vegetables. Avoid empty foods. Exercise. Drink plenty of water. Drink probiotics. Detox your parasites twice a year, because they love sugar. Watch your carb count. Avoid high carb foods that convert to sugar. Heal your mental addiction.


Obesity affects more than 1 billion people worldwide, and Obesity is increasing rapidly. By 2035, more than half of the world will be obese. What causes obesity? The ingrained food habits and deep emotional roots that hold obesity in place must be healed now. Many people who are obese also suffer diabetes, cancer, and inflammatory diseases in a complex web of habits, addiction, and poor health.

Obesity loves sugar, carbs, low fiber, addictive foods, accumulated toxins, vegetable oils, junk food, and lack of aerobic movement.

To avoid obesity, stay far away from Sugar & carbs, do a Parasite cleanse, avoid pesticides and Glyphosate, eat lots of garlic-turmeric-ginger like spices, Eliminate biofilm, and take lots of walks to move the body several times a day.

Obesity Rates 1970 – 2030

Obesity is associated with the Spleen organ, which rules metabolism, and self-identity. From a spiritual perspective, obesity comes from worry, feeling a little insecure, unworthy, a need for protection, self-rejection, and running away from my feelings. Obesity comes from long-term habits and deep emotional roots that hold an overweight pattern in place. It’s often an ingrained web of habitual thoughts and food habits that developed over many years.

That’s easy to turn around. Your mantra is to breathe deep and just say “I am safe where I am. I create my own security. I am at peace with my own feelings. I love & approve of myself.”


Congenital Birth Defects is a rising global problem. Now Over 8 million children in the world are born with birth defects, and this number is increasing every year. These defects may make a child unable to grow, they cannot play with other children, and they may require special care or expensive medication to stay alive. 

Common type of defects are Anencephaly, Heart defects, Nervous System, Digestive system, and Downs syndrome. Congenital heart defects (CHD) at birth increased to 1.35 million newborns every year, which is a major global health burden.  

What is causing this huge increase in birth defects? The major causes of birth defects is low nutrition, treated soil, empty food, lack of minerals and vitamins. Genetic changes in the mother, the father such as the DNA mRNA vaccine can affect fertility and cause birth defects.

Toxins and chemicals in the environment can affect a pregnant woman, and damage fetus and lead to birth defects. Common chemicals include smoke, pesticides, herbicides (esp glyphosate), pollution, heavy metals such as lead, aluminum, and mercury. Alcohol consumption during pregnancy leads to fetal alcohol syndrome, malformation, and low intelligence. Addictive substances like cigarettes, caffeine, opioids, and drugs can cause birth defects.

The gestational stages of a fetus determine what systems are developing every week. If a mother is exposed to a harmful emotional event or chemical, it may affect the child’s nervous system, heart, arms and legs, or the child’s intelligence that is developing at that time.

Excellent nutrition is a high priority for pregnant mothers. The biggest risk of birth defect is poor nutrition due to lack of knowledge and lack of money. A growing baby needs complete nutrition, a varied diet of high quality whole foods like fresh vegetables, meats, red rice, fresh fruits.  That is why women must receive 600 micrograms daily of Folate (Folic Acid) – Vitamin B9, or to reduce risk of central nervous system defects. Folate-rich foods include beans, broccoli, spinach, eggs, shellfish, peanuts, liver, nuts, and whole grains.

A recent scientific study discovered that cats and rats that ate toxins or low-nutrition foods, birth defects appeared for subsequent 2 generations. If the diet was not corrected, then after 3 generations, the animals would be completely infertile. Dr. Skinner introduced the new concept of “transgenerational epigenetics”. This means what we do now affects not only our health, but  also our grandchildren and all our descendants for many years into the future.

Exposure to glyphosate, farming chemicals, and Omega-6 oils can cause birth defects and reduced sperm count in men. A study in the journal Human Reproduction Update, announced that the world total sperm counts fell by 62.3% between 1973 and 2018. This is a dangerous global decline in Sperm Count and quality that affects all future children and all of humanity.

World birth rates are declining drastically, especially after Covid and the vaccine. If we want to continue a healthy human family, what can we do? We can eat healthy food, avoid alcohol, reduce chemical toxins in farming, remove heavy metals from the environment.

7. Electro-Flu, WiFi Sensitivity

Electrical poisoning is invisible, and manifests as flu and sniffles. Electro-Flu or EMF Sensitivity, also called Nanobot Infusion is a major cause of illness in the world. This affects everyone on earth. We all have tiny nano-sized particles of graphene oxide floating in our blood and lymph system. These tiny bots can be activated by electrical stimulation around us from cell phones, WiFi routers, cell towers, mRNA vaccines, and electronic appliances. Bots come from fast food, Coca Cola soda beverages, vaccines, and the air.

How does this affect our health? The electronic activity in your body causes stress in your immune system, damages your DNA, and increases cancer cell growth. This invisible radiation affects billions of people by altering DNA and is especially dangerous for pregnant women. We all have graphene oxide and nano bots in our bodies. You may feel flu symptoms, muscle aches, and difficulty sleeping.

Alzheimer’s Disease afflicts 50 million people now and projected to increase to 131 million by 2050. Alzheimer’s is not a mystery. We know the causes, especially high blood glucose, eating high-carbohydrate foods, biofilm of Borellia Spirochetes that harden into amyloid plaques in the brain, heavy metal toxins Mercury and aluminum, lack of exercise, and gum disease. All evidence points to lifestyle factors, especially diet, as drivers of dementia. Alzheimer’s is linked to many other chronic dietary diseases, such as Diabetes, Hypertension, and Heart disease, suggesting that we can address all of these diseases in the same way.

To eradicate Alzheimer’s:

How does this work?

Preventing damage to our bones is as simple as balancing your body pH. Sugar is acidic. Calcium is alkaline. When you eat something wonderfully sweet, the rush feels kind of exciting, but in fact high blood sugar creates an acidic imbalance in your blood. In order to neutralize the dangerous acidic sugar rush, your body steals alkaline calcium from your bones and puts it into the blood. Whew! Now your blood pH is restored, and the danger has passed. You’re still alive. Only problem is, the borrowed calcium from your bones is never replaced. If you eat sugar, there’s no supplement on Earth that can prevent bone loss and joint inflammation. You must find your willpower, you’re not spineless, you can say NO to sugar.

Move your body with regular exercise. Do jumping exercises to challenge your joints to keep them flexible. Do Weight-bearing exercises like walking, running, and lifting weights. Drink lots of pure water and Do Qigong shaking,

BODY TOXICITY means inflammatory diseases and auto-immune diseases related to accumulated environmental poisons. It affects an estimated 600 million people.

When stress and chemical imbalance become too much, like the straw that broke the camel’s back, years of slow DNA damage, constant minute exposure to toxins, the body systems begin to function unpredictably. Strange symptoms may appear suddenly, but they’ve been years in the making.

The problem is, Body Toxicity is a metabolic state that accumulates over time, so it is difficult to reverse, and our immune system becomes hyper-reactive. 11. COPD Chronic Lung Disease

COPD Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, affects 560 million people. The lungs are our open window for breathing oxygen, but there are many other things in the air. Dirty air enters your lungs, your blood and sends particles to every artery and every cell. The lungs absorb everything in the air, unprotected from particles that we cannot see. The lungs are the weakest organ in my body, and the most damaged organ in most people.

COPD Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease comes from breathing air that is filled with other particles. smoking, burning garbage, fumes from cleaning chemicals used in housekeeping, street exhaust, factory emissions, burning rice fields.

Many people sweep to clean the house, then burn the paper mixed with plastic. This releases toxic fumes into the air, so they breathe in all their toxins. Is that a way to clean your house? We do not see these particles, but they go straight into the blood. We all carry cancer-causing toxins in our lungs, even if we don’t smoke.

COPD and lung cancer is caused by long-term exposure to smoke and air pollution, smoking, industrial air, construction pollution, farming chemicals, fuel fumes, and home pollution.

To heal your lungs, eat fresh vegetables and fruits, exercise, avoid burning garbage and do not smoke. Get a home air cleaner, live in a clean community, open the windows of your house, and breathe the beautiful air.

12. SELF-HARM from Addictions, Alcohol, Drugs, Overdoses, and Suicides

Self-Harm is so widespread we can’t measure it. It is an almost universal mental disease of Negative thoughts, self-hatred, and abuse, that includes Addictions, Alcohol, Drugs, Overdoses, Suicides, and Assisted Suicides. 

The World Health Organization estimated 3 million people would take their own lives in 2020. But after Covid, they stopped reporting suicides. The web page is gone. I wonder why? Rising suicide is a reflection of loneliness and spiritual emptiness that many people feel. People who carry traumatic memories are more vulnerable to suicide, addiction, and all disease. Suicide is now one of the top three causes of death in young adults, and opioids are the most common way they take their own life.

But really, the problem is much, much bigger than this. How many people do you know that are hooked on something addictive? We ALL do this. Every person. Whether it be coffee, cigarettes, drugs, white rice, noodles, or sugar, all addiction makes your mind crazy. When you purposely do actions that you know will harm you, what are you thinking? Why do we do that? We ALL do this, 7 to 8 billion people in the world.

So how do we heal Self-harm? Pray to the Supreme Source of all. Meditate. Cultivate Your personal spiritual practice! Practice Kindness, Integrity. Spend time enjoying yourself. Practice love, Exercise, Walk in Nature under the sunlight. Find a moment to feel gratitude, joy and hope every day. Take your shoes off to ground into the dirt and feel the gentle Frequency of Earth.


Low Immunity and Nutrient Deficiency is so widespread, and so invisible, yet it endangers all 8.1 billion lives on Earth. All of us suffer reduced lifespan due to processed foods raised in poor soil with chemicals. All our food is low in minerals, vitamins, and life force.

A recent groundbreaking study compared original sprouted wheat and red rice grown in healthy virgin soil to their modern industrial white flour and white rice. They found a shocking loss of 70% to 90% in essential vitamins and minerals. 

Interestingly, the missing nutrients matched up to be the specific causes of low immunity and common chronic diseases. For example, people who suffer from diabetes often have a lack of chromium and zinc. Magnesium deficiency is often associated with heart disease.

Wheat and rice were once rich in nutrients, mankind’s primary food for thousands of years. Tribes soaked and sprouted the grains. Stone ground it by hand, and baked it in rock ovens, BOY! was it loaded with nutrients!

This chart shows a 71% loss in nutrients, the total aggregate differences between polished white rice and red rice. Polished red rice (light pink color) is identical to white rice in nutritional value.

Every grain has four primary parts: The hull, The bran, the germ, and the white endosperm inside. When we remove the outer hull, bran, and germ under high heat, we lose over 70% of the nutrients, leaving only the starchy white endosperm inside.

Soon we had fluffy white flour and shiny white rice all over the world. Everyone LOVED the clean white look. But there were 3 unseen tradeoffs: Processing grains at high heat destroyed almost all their nutrients. So, you might need to eat more and more. The clean, white grains were high-glycemic, meaning high in sugar. As simple carbohydrates, they turn into sugar, raise blood sugar very quickly, the sugar rush causes body acidity and free radical DNA damage, and addiction. The new grains were soft, low in fiber, and could cause buildup that clogs the intestines and makes you fat. Fiber cleans the intestines and helps good digestion.

Could this explain the rise in diabetes and other metabolic diseases? However, full absorption depends on two important factors:

SOAKING – It is necessary to soak whole grains and beans 12-24 hours to remove indigestible seed coatings known as phytates. Soak, rinse well, drain, and cook.

WE NEED TO BOIL Whole Grains and beans a LITTLE LONGER -as whole foods may require more cooking. Of course TOO much heat kills food.

Every year vast farm acres are sprayed with industrial chemicals. When we poison our soil, we lose nutrients, we poison our water, it affects all life forms from insects to humans, birds, and plants. Our human microbiome is damaged. Could our widespread gluten intolerance be simply an intolerance to industrial food?

Healthy immune function depends on balanced nutrition.

So, to prevent low immunity, spend more money on quality food and eat less! Better yet, plant an organic garden and eat for free. Soak whole grains and boil them longer. Forget packaged industrial foods. Take mineral drops. Eat a wide variety of complete foods, and plenty of dark red-rice to heal mineral deficiencies.
