Why Are Idiopathic Diseases Rising So Fast?

When a disease has no cause and no cure, we call it “Idiopathic”. But why are the world’s most common diseases such a mystery?  What are our most common idiopathic diseases? Doen’t every ailment have one or more causes and a way to heal? If “inflammation” is the big culprit, then maybe our diet, metabolism, and personal lifestyle are the keys to healing.

7.  What’s Your Personal Healing Path? Your Mind and Future are in Your Hands.

1. “Idiopathic” Diseases Increasing Rapidly Worldwide!

An idiopathic disease is any ailment with an unknown cause or a spontaneous origin. When doctors cannot identify the cause of your disease, it is called “Idiopathic”. Hypertension is by far the most common idiopathic disease in the world, with 1.3 BILLION people suffering from it! Mystery diseases are everywhere around us; they are labeled Cancer, Diabetes, Obesity, Lipedema, Auto-Immune Diseases, Altzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and hundreds more…

Rising chronic disease worldwide is just a reflection of our separation from ourselves, being out of balance with nature. It is related to our processed food diet, our false beliefs, and our mental-emotional habits that keep us separated from our inner selves. The causes of chronic disease are many and very individual. The path to healing is unique for each person, to unravel the chain of insults to our true nature. That’s why every person’s path to healing is internal, personal, and spiritual, to find new life choices and live in harmony with Nature.

An “Idiopathic Disease” is when a Doctor doesn’t know what causes it. idopathicA Few Common Examples of Idiopathic Diseases Include: Cancer, Alzheimer’s Disease, Bell’s Palsy, Fibromyalgia, Lipedema, Lymphedema, Migraines, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Heart Disease, Hypertension, Obesity, Schizophrenia, Neuropathy,  Metabolic Syndrome, Insulin Resistance, Bipolar Disorder, Auto Immune Diseases such as Lupus, Celiac Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hashimoto’s, Addison’s, Polymyositis, Diabetes Type 1, Crohn’s Disease, Pernicious Anemia, and more…

2. Inflammation, A Unifying Theory of Chronic Disease?

I almost giggled when a recent Harvard Medical School update crossed my desk, saying Inflammation might be a new unifying theory of disease.  WOW! This is very hopeful! We see chronic diseases being diagnosed everywhere, but with very little thought to determine the underlying factors. Now they are saying the cause is INFLAMMATION.  Ha Ha! That’s wonderful! It’s about time!

Now doctors suggest the primary diseases of the medical apocalypse: Hypertension, Coronary artery disease, Diabetes, Cancer, and Alzheimer’s may all stem from the same cause: INFLAMMATION.

Traditionally, doctors look for common risk factors for developing disease, such as high cholesterol levels, diabetes, smoking, and family history. But now the biggest revelations of 21st century medicine is the unveiling of another important cause of disease, one that can lurk in the body unseen and unfelt, yet greatly increases the risk of death – and that is INFLAMMATION..

Inflammation, the immune response of body tissues to injury or infection, is an important component of innate immunity. The inflammatory process involves a complex biological cascade of molecular and cellular signals that alter physiological responses. If you fall down the stairs, what follows is maybe redness, heat, pain and swelling—these are signs of inflammation. Soon your blood flow quickens and vessels dilate, allowing your natural healing process to eventually heal the wound.

But in modern times inflammation is not always helpful. In fact, many chronic auto-immune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and inflammatory bowel disease, are the body raging against its own tissues. Now we know that inflammation plays an important role in auto-immune disease, and many other chronic conditions, including hypertension, heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes and aging. In fact, low-level, invisible inflammation, that simmers quietly in the blood and organs of seemingly healthy people, is a common thread in nearly all diseases.

3. Poor Metabolism and Microbiome are the Root of Chronic Disease

Inflammation is intimately tied to your metabolism, which converts food into energy and removes waste. Dysfunction in metabolism is a root of many idiopathic chronic ailments like hypertension and heart disease. Fat deposits, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar, were once viewed as distinct entities with separate functions. But we now know that they are intimately interdependent.

Managing metabolic energy and defending the body against infections are both crucial for survival. Fat cells are known to play a part in metabolism, An excess of fatty tissue, particularly the “visceral fat” that wraps around abdominal organs, acts like immune organ, producing myriad inflammatory molecules. In markedly obese individuals, more than half of the fat tissue cells are actually immune cells. Low-level inflammation may help to explain the ties between obesity and a variety of chronic diseases.

Chronic inflammation plays an important role in the onset of most diseases. Although there may never be such a single cause, there are ALWAYS multiple causes.

Mounting evidence suggests a common underlying root of chronic disease to be Inflammation, coupled with poor metabolism, and damaged microbiome.

Microbiome imbalance, called “Dysbiosis”, is now thought to be the root of all inflammatory disease. This means any decrease in microbial diversity, any reduction in beneficial microbes, or increased levels of pathological dangerous microbes can ultimately destroy your health.

The intestinal microbiome is a signaling hub that integrates environmental factors, such as diet, mineral balance, endocrine hormones, thoughts, and emotions, that drives your metabolism, immune system and protection from infection. Our defensive blood cells can sense microorganisms and regulate our microbial make-up. Any change in the innate immune system and the body microbiota can disrupt your balance and lead to disease.

And it’s not just the gut microbiome. Your microbiome includes body-wide those trillions of helpful micro-organisms that line the lungs, organs, and skin to keep you healthy. So any disruption of the body microbiome, such as from the introduction of chemicals, glyphosate, or radiation, can be extremely harmful to your health.

Foe example: Increasing evidence connects the onset of Parkinson’s disease to disruption of gut microbiota. Another example is hypertension, the most prevalent idiopathic disease in the world, with 1.4 billion people suffering, yet there is with no clear culprit for its cause. Doctors are saying that hypertension is now associated with increased inflammation and oxidative stress in the kidney and arterial walls.

How to Improve the Microbiome
Fermented foods like yogurt and fermented vegetables help to populate the microbiome. Taking a good probiotic can help. My favorite is Jarrow-Dophilus, available widely. It’s also important to avoid toxins that damage the microbiome, such as pesticides and especially Monsanto’s glyphosate herbicide that is used widely in farming. The best way to keep your friendly microbiome happy is to eat organic, avoid restaurants and all processed foods.

4. How to Measure Inflammation?

I’ll tell you a secret. The best way to measure inflammation approximately is to measure your LDL cholesterol. Yep. Because LDL cholesterol is a bio-marker for increased immune response in the body. But unfortunately it’s not complete and poorly understood. Perhaps it is more useful to measure fasting triglyceride level compared to HDL as a ratio. A good ratio is roughly 1.5 or less.

Sadly, there are no great ways to measure “inflammation”. White blood cell count is useful. The most accurate ways are  to measure High Sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP), or to measure your white-blood cell count.

High Sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) measures a protein made by the liver that rises in blood concentration when you have inflammation.

Why is this important?

Dr. Hyman: The easiest way to measure hidden inflammation in the body is C-reactive protein. C-reactive protein is significantly elevated in most people with diabesity (aka, insulin resistance). As the diabesity gets better, the inflammation goes down.

Dr. D’Agostino: High CRP levels are found in those with obesity, heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, leaky gut, infection, cancer, sleep disorders (like obstructive sleep apnea, or OSA) and other states of chronic inflammation. Notably, all features of metabolic syndrome are associated with increased levels of CRP. There is high value in keeping track of your hsCRP levels from both a preventative and treatment standpoint.

Dr. Maloof: When CRP is too high, it means too much inflammation. This may be caused by autoimmunity, pathogen mediated immunity, senescent cell secretory proteins (part of “inflamm-aging”), and other inflammatory conditions.

Dr. Means: Inflammation is a key driver of metabolic dysfunction, and metabolic dysfunction leads to further inflammation. hsCRP can give you a signal of how much general inflammation is going on in the body. Higher BMIs, abdominal obesity, and increasing levels of insulin resistance are all associated with higher levels of CRP.

Dr. Gottfried: hsCRP is a clinical biomarker of general and cardiac-related inflammation.

Dr. Lustig: The problem with hsCRP is that it is an “acute-phase reactant”. In other words, if you have a virus or other acute disease, it can raise hsCRP irrespective of your metabolic status. This makes hsCRP sensitive, but not specific, for inflammation.

Dr. Bikman: Whether from hypertrophic adipocytes, arterial foam cells, or simple white blood cells doing their job, hsCRP is a solid indicator of subclinical systemic inflammation. Accordingly, it can be a canary in the coal mine of things to come–insulin resistance, atherogenesis, and more.

 5. Every Disease Begins in the Gut. Detox Detox Detox!

We would love for our health solutions to be simple. Problem and Solution. Ha Ha! But we are multi-dimensional beings, so life is complex. And we know disease develops over many years from multiple choices and events in our lives. What we perceive, our thoughts, our beliefs, our habits, or degree of self-acceptance, our emotions – all these set up our internal body chemistry, endocrine signals, and nervous system synapses. When we fall into a habit of negative thinking or self-defeating emotions, we vastly increase the inflammation in our body and the risk of disease.

The ways in which we eat and move are intimately linked to emotions, and inflammation. Indeed, and every microbe in your body responds to these signals to assist you and carry out your divine life plan, which emanates from your MIND. Constant stress exacerbates and intensifies all imbalances. It cancels your higher abilities. That’s why stressful periods often precede an onset of inflammation and disease

“Take care of your MIND, because it RULES your HEALTH”

6. Where to Begin? Start with these first steps, and you will find the way.

To heal yourself? First try the inexpensive, convenient things that work for most everyone.

  1. Begin every day with a brief meditation or prayer to ask for healing and guidance. The universe is always listening to your wishes.
  2. Take a walk outside in the Sunlight in Nature every day.
  3. Notice what mental thoughts, activities, and foods cause your symptoms to get worse or better.
  4. Take some time to relax, let loose, and have fun. Breathe!
  5. Reduce stress. Examine the causes of tension in your life and rearrange things if necessary.
  6. Eliminate processed foods, desserts, seed oils, and fast food snacks.
  7. Do a full-spectrum parasite cleanse, which is a key to healing countless chronic ailments including cancer and fibromyalgia.
  8. Do a body detox to cleanse the small intestine, large intestine, liver, and kidneys.
  9. Take mineral drops with Magnesium. Everyone on the planet is mineral deficient, which causes all kinds of metabolic diseases.
  10. Try to live in the present moment and love your life right now.
  11. Take charge of your own health. Research the medical details of your condition. Use an un-censored search engine like Gibiru, Presearch, or Brave. (Not Google, a pharma company)

Hey! You’re on your way to healing…the next steps you will certainly find!

7. What’s Your Personal Healing Path? Your Mind and Future are in Your Hands.

What I am trying to explain in a few words is this: All the complex processes in your body are under your control. There are many arbitrary ways to describe and name a disease. The names are not important, because the root cause of most disease is the SAME for ALL of them. A disease is just a habitual pattern in the body, that has taken root, and it has MANY CAUSES. The particular set of CAUSES and the PATH of STEPS to HEALING are INDIVIDUAL. The universe is giving you a message though your body, which you must interpret to take your life to the next level.

The solution to the puzzle is to discover your own path to healing. This is a creative process that will be your unique journey.

For example, any two people who happen to be diagnosed with the same disease, may have nothing in common. Every disease is married to your particular patterns of emotions and internal experiences. Hence any disease is of necessity rooted in a different set of causes for each person.

For example, the myriad causes of Lipedema for Person A will certainly be different from Person B. And therefore the Healing Path for Person A and Person B will be very different. A doctor may help both of you on your path. A fellow patient may help give you general indications. But this is YOUR PATH. You must effectively unravel all the myriad causes in YOUR life to roll back to the beginning. To be more precise, you must effectively unravel the offenses in reverse time order, back to the beginning, to dissolve the dis-ease.

That is why healing chronic disease is in truth the highest path there is for a human, because it represents the unity of physical and spiritual in the body. Healing yourself is an internal discovery path, a spiritual awakening. It involves discipline, choices, realization, lifestyle changes, and releasing old ways of thinking. When you find the right recipe, you carry it out and you are healed! Hooray! Others may be inspired by your success, but they will not have the same healing path.

Well, now that you know your mind determines your future destiny, you have all the knowledge you need to choose a clear path to health and happiness. I hope this article has been helpful!
