To do EFT, you need three things:
1) You need to know WHAT is bothering you.

How to Do EFT:

  • Identify your movie (issue) and its intensity from 1-10.
  • Tap 3-10 times on each point with the fingers.
  • Start by repeating your chosen EFT phrase: 

    “Even though I have this experience of ________,
    I deeply and completely love and accept myself”.

Continue tapping through all the body points in order, saying the words with internal awareness and honesty.

  1. Tap Karate chop point (or #1a sore spot) as you repeat the phrase
  2. Top of the head
  3. Eyebrow inside points
  4. Outer side of eye
  5. Under the eye
  6. Under nose
  7. Under lip
  8. Collarbone points
  9. Underarm points
  10. Under breast points
  11. Inside wrist
  12. Outside of thumb
  13. Outside of index finger
  14. Outside of middle finger
  15. Outside of little finger
  16. Gamut point – center back of hand
  17. Go back and Repeat from #1.
     Notice if the intensity of your movie changes.

Closing Sequence:

  • After 3-6 times around the cycle, continue to tap on #16 Gamut point while you:
  • Close eyes, Open eyes, Eyes down hard right, Eyes down hard left, Roll eyes in circle,
  • Hum 5 seconds of a song like Happy Birthday,
  • Count 1 2 3 4 5,
  • Hum 5 seconds of another song.
  • Repeat one or more rounds of tapping as needed until the intensity of your issue reaches Zero.
  • You’re finished. If you need to do it again tomorrow, that is also fine.
