White Light Meditation: 4-minute video

Breath, Grounding, and Protection are essential for daily life. Meditation techniques that once took hundreds of years to master can now be assimilated in minutes. Because NOW is the time. 

This short version of the White Light Meditations shows you how to infuse healing light into three brain centers: the Amygdala emotions processing area, the Pineal Gland light sensor, and the Confluence of Sinuses near the back of the brain. It shows how to create your personal grounding column to root into Mother Earth, and to connect it up to the cosmos. It also shows how to create a bubble of calm protection around yourself, ending with gratitude. The short version can be done anytime. 

This is a first step into a vast inner journey toward realization. The Complete Three White Light Meditations is a 2-hour online workshop with Srijana. The techniques are fully explained in three parts. The 3 guided meditations are about 10 minutes each, so you can do them often.

In the third White Light Meditation we go into multi-dimensional, non-linear reality, beyond physical time and space. We’ve gone through the body in #1 and the X-meridians in #2. The third meditation cultivates cosmic intelligence. We explore the Six Extraordinary Organs and infuse them with multidimensional light. We learn the Zero-point field beyond time space. We do a Merkaba visualization, meet a cosmic being Chenrezig, and do his chant.
